Who has the best bait (herring)?

I have been having trouble finding good herring for the last few years. GI JOES was unfishable and Sportsmans is little better. I try to buy one or two cases of herring per season. Loved Ballard Baits herring - yesterday I called and their telephone number is disconnected???

The place I bought from last year is out of buisness too.

Help - I need quality bait by the case.

Check with Talons...I bought a case from him last week and the bait is gorgeous! Clear eye's and super bright scales all intact.

I get my herring from a supplier down south of mme but I get grays harbor bait company herring. I have tried all the others around and the grays harbor bait is by far the best I have come across.
