There's some folks raising pigs right on the south side of Hwy 26 on the Boring exit, just across from the junk yard.

 

Check out craigs list- usually a few there.

 

Its doesnt sound good for this pig...

+1 for craigslist. Do you butcher and smoke it as a suckling pig or are you raising it up a bit? Ive thought about doing this but dont know anything about it

Gartner's should be able to do it, I bought a 1/2 hog from them last year and they "luau pigs" 40-60 pounds listed on the website.

 

Cash and carry carries whole pigs in their freezer. They have several sizes available and if they don't have the size you want in the freezer they will order them in for you. You can get anything from a small pig to a full size Luau porker.

and I would bet Cash&Carry would be cheaper than any traditional butcher shop.

 

We have gotten them twice from Gartners, fresh not frozen. You can order close to the size you want.
