What happened to Gem Top?

I brought a used Gem top canopy a couple of months first because it was a good deal on what I think are very well built canopy but also I thought the few small parts it needed would be easily assessable. When I started looking for their web site nothing then I hear they are out of business.
Any body know?

I think they still build the top just west of the ford dealer in Sandy. There was a fab shop on the side street west of rear lot.

they are now based out of Texas. Good luck most parts are discontinued. When I talked with the company they said "they purchased the company only for the name". I needed a new lock for my top which I aquired via AAA shop near my office.
