Pole barn builders in SW Wa recommendations?

I am in the very early stages of getting all my ducks in a row to have a shop built pole barn style. Just the shell with the roof and siding to match my house in the 40'x48' size range +/-. I have done a google search and have found a couple of local contractors that build pole barns but have not made any calls yet. I am hoping to speak to someone that has recently had one built for them in SW WA that might recommend their contractor to me. Maybe give me some tips or advice on things they may have learned along the way. And possibly an idea of current pricing. I had a 36'x36'x14' roof only pole barn built at my previous house several years ago for about $14k. Of course things are way more expensive now but I have zero idea. I was very happy with the contractor I used but unfortunately he has retired and moved away so I am back to square 1. Thanks in advance for any info or recommendations that you can share.

I purchased a place last year that had a 30'x60'x14' permitted, poles/trusses and roof installed already... I needed to get siding, doors, and trim completed. That was about $35k. 4" concrete slab @ 4,000psi/fiber with no rebar was another $20K.

Most contractors were scheduled a year out. Good luck!

Google ā€œPro Metal Buildingsā€ they are in Beaverton but will install anywhere. I used their online designer tool to build my building then submitted it and they called me to work out the details. The building is going up next month.
