Here's them 1st photo dump from Ukraine
Got the boat out and caught about 100 perch and about another 30 fish they call a Red Fin then the Ukraine military chased us off the river. That was a bit scary

That's a Wells Catfish and just barely over the minimum size. All other fish has no size or how many limit and no fishing Lic. required and no limit on the number of fishing rods you fish with. I was using 4 this day.

Saturday After spending 1/2 the night in the bomb shelter I didn't get fishing till the last couple hours before sunset. I lost 7 fish that they call a Jerry fish which looks like a herring but three times bigger than the biggest herring you've ever. I was using a Subki Rig but I think the hooks were to small.

Today the target was Northern Pike. I got a small one and lost 2. 1 that I lost almost ripped the rod right out of my hand. Brought home the 1 and turned into a bunch of Tacos for the wife and I

Guess the draft dodgers pay people to run them to the other side of the river to Romania so they don't go to the war.
Yep it's been a adventure so far for sure. 4 nights in a bomb shelter with the 1st night watching Russian Drones go overhead. The city of Odessa getting hit with multiple drone strikes and taking out the bus station we were at just hours before. I'm going to need a vacation after this to deal with the stress level when I get back

Spent the afternoon and night at a private fishing Resort and came back with a mess of fish and a bunch of jumbo crawdads. The resort was close enough to the fighting nobody was there but my step son my wife and I. Even the owner wasn't there. Doors were all unlocked with keys sitting on the table and a jar to throw our money in when we got there.
We were about 15 miles out of Odessa and around 9 pm we heard what sounded like gun fire. Then 10 mins. later we heard 3 more shots then a big bang. 5 mins. later we could see the sky litup all red and orange from fire. Evidently the Ukraine army was shooting down drones and 1 got threw and hit something. During the night the Ukraine army had set up a check point where the road we were on met the main road. They checked us for pass ports and searched the car. I guess they were worried Russians coming in by water. A lil to spooky ad to close for comfort and came back early this morning

I should be pretty safe being this close to the Romanian border .but we do have a naval repair yard 2 blocks away.
They closed the repair yard a few years ago and so far that hasn't been a target. Not that Russia gives a dam weather or not they are targeting military weaponry or infrastructure and seems like civilian targets like hospitals, jails, schools and apartment buildings are their focus killing as many civilians and children as they can. Good thing I'm not the president or I'd have already nuked them for the atrocities being committed over here. As they grab land and go through each village and kill every single living person and finding bodies of 8, 9. and 10 year girls that have been ***** then shot in the head is going to far. Make no mistake Putin is every bit the monster Hitler was and his army is every bit as ruthless as the SS **** army ever was.

You might think about writing an article for one of the major newspapers. I don’t follow the news but I bet whatever is being reported isn’t being presented from your perspective.

What news story ever is Dog?This UkrainIan “war” is just a complete sh-t show. There are no winner's here. Only the war machine and the war pigs profits off of this complete insanity. When will humanity ever learn of the folly of war? I think never.:(🇺🇸

Had a family member ( 23 year old girl) killed in the last attack on the city of Ismael ( 50 miles away) a few days ago and we're driving there for the funeral today. My wife's oldest brother also lives there so we'll visit him while there. Last night's attack was on Odessa again (139 miles away) .it's still 6:30 AM here so haven't seen the news yet. With Putin realizing that Trumps not going to do a dam thing the nightly attacks have really ramped up.

1st day since we've been here it wont be 90 degrees today but man what a humid steam bath so far today. Woke up to a light rain and cloudy skies for the 1st time. It'll be another day in the dentist chair for me today and I'm hoping the last 1.
😁
the plan this morning was to go fishing but woke up to pouring down rain so I'm just sitting here tying up some bait fish flies for tomorrow until time for me to leave for the dentist

After attending a 2nd funeral and While I was fishing yesterday evening Russia had sent drones here in the Danube Delta and Romania sent their jets right outside here in Kiliya to intercept them. They were just out of eyesight but still close enough they were very loud like load enough you could feel the sound. I was within eyesight of 6 other fishermen and we were all standing around looking up in the air and looking at each other at the same time like *** do we do now moment. True combat fishing in the 2nd. degree.
I did catch another Jerry fish just before the jets showed up. After that it was just a little bit to spooky to pay attention to what I was doing. I heard today that the Romanians shot down 4 drones which I think was B S cause Romania say's the F-16's lost track of the drones on their news channel
