I really appreciate the advice.

I don't have any Jet divers but will pick up a few. My inclination is to go for the clear color option as to not distract from the plug but do you suggest going with a brighter color?
One negative (for me) is lack of "feedback" with the jet divers.
On the coastal rivers in the fall there are a lot of leaves and junk in the river.
With a jet diver you don't get that instant feedback when your diver gets fouled.

For that reason I prefer to use a plug for the diver when fishing smaller rivers.
A plug gives you instant feedback when fouled.
The list is short in regards to which plugs make good diver plugs.

Seems like the Brads standard bait diver would do the trick. I've used that for SNG/**** shrimp rigs but next tried a plug behind the diver. Sounds like this would work best in depths of greater than 10ft.
