My buddy wants to make a trip over to the coast but can't go until the weekend of the 22nd. I want to hit the Siletz but I'm not sure if this is too late for the bay. Any suggestions?

There will be fish in all coastal tidewaters in late September, take your pick. If you fish low, large tide swings improve the bite and bring in fresh fish.
