Do you use the app or paper?

If paper you need to got to a retailer to buy it.

If app you need to click the three lines(menu, or often called hamburger). Click access full odfw site. Log in. Then "purchase from catalog". And select two rod and pay.

I would agree especially since it’s only valid for a few more months

yes good in all lakes. But not the resevoirs formed by the dams on the Willamette or Columbia. But on all the other major resevoirs it is. Including brownlee on the snake, if I remember correctly. But it is definitely allowed in all the mountain lakes and small resevoirs like Billy Chinook, Crane Prarie, Green Peter, Detroit Etc. Etc.
