Kind of like a porterhouse steak but with a tenderloin on one side and wagu springer bacon on the other.
Always fresh never frozen .

Nice, that's probably the best description of a fatty springer I've ever heard.

If it was the first bite of fresh springer for the year I'd totally agree, but first if the year veggies are pretty hard to scoff at also 😁
Hunh, some of us have not yet had any fresh salmon this year!
I’m both glad for you for your success salmon fishing and a bit jealous.
Yes, fresh veggies are good, really good, but for me don’t compare to fresh salmon..

Tonight was elk steak age 3 weeks corn on the cob and tuna poky not sure if it was yellow fin or Bluefin but it was good and then the rare bloody and
Last few words was my sister talking in the background describing the feed to somebody else

Macabre aged Italian
Alder smoked spring salmon
Spinach humus
Stone milled sesame crackers
Some sort of chicken mystery dish

Tonight will be a simple elk sausage breakfast burrito. I swear I could put anything into a burrito...

Tomorrow night is Korean BBQ...I'll try to take some pics in-between stuffing my mouth...if you haven't had Korean BBQ You really should!
