Tonight was a blacktail venison “brisket” from the Instant Pot. Delicious!

So I can remember... skipped from post #2964...

Tonight, bro and I remember the dip we made when I caught a sturgeon in the Willamette River.
(One day season --- and --- we ate it all in one day, couldn't resist!)

Knorr Vegetable dried mix (recipe is no longer on the package... but still exists on Lipton brand!) with...
Sour cream / mayo / green onion or shallot, chopped spinach (you will be surprised how much it wants)
Modified as follows...
Add:
Gorgonzola cheese (do not miss this)
Cream cheese
Dried apricot (fruit for sweetness)
Walnuts, or chestnuts (or tonight: peanuts and smoked trout and tuna belly)
((You get the picture))

I am saving the smoked sturgeon for a later day!!

Dip with Ritz crackers.

Albacore tuna poppers

canned albacore with mustard and mayo. Cream cheese. Stuff the cleaned out jalapeños. Cheddar on top. Wrap with bacon. Bake
That sounds (and looks) REALLY good... like Super-bowl Sunday on steroids, although I'm not one for 'heat' in my meals:
