What happened no reports on fish for tuesday. Is it getting that boring. Nobody get out?

Just in time.

Kids, Wak and I launched from Newprt and headed NW. Sorry no Depoe for me in the fog. We started at 48 over 11 and headed N. Picked up a few and had steady action 50 over 11 and NW from there. We ended up with 8 up to #12. 20' on the wire, green flasher and hoochie was the hot combo. Brendan had the big fish for the day. Somebody forgot the net so all were pulled over the side handline style.

Left the dock at 5:30. Ran all the way to the 61. Saw lots of small groups of jumpers which were reluctant to hit on the troll. We tried plugs, clones,and swimbaits slow. Caught a few on casted tunabites, with salmon rods. That was good times. High point of the days was a yellow tail that we lost right at the boat. We were too busy looking at it, before it somehow popped off just as we swung the gaff. If you want to catch an exotic, keep an eye out for the kelp patty's. All in all pretty slow for us, only 5 for 5hrs fishing.
