Left the dock at 5:30. Ran all the way to the 61. Saw lots of small groups of jumpers which were reluctant to hit on the troll. We tried plugs, clones, and swimbaits slow. Caught a few on casted tunabites, with salmon rods. That was good times. High point of the days was a yellow tail that we lost right at the boat. We were too busy looking at it, before it somehow popped off just as we swung the gaff. If you want to catch an exotic, keep an eye out for the kelp patty's. All in all pretty slow for us, only 5 for 5hrs fishing.
