Working on fixing up my Grandpa's & Dad's old fishing boat (18' Seaswirl Cuddy with 150 Evinrude) and I came across this thing in the glove box. Can't figure out what it is but I'm sure it has to do with boats or fishing so I figured somebody on here may have an idea. Even Google lens didn't recognize it!
