So I have got into a friendly argument with a frind.
He claims that he can still catch 10 sturgeons until the end of March(?). But oregon licence holders only can keep 5 this year-(which I know).
I am not sure that it is true.

As of today, at about noon, Washington goes from 10 to 5 as of April 1st.

Does not seems fair, that Washington anglers can
limit with 10 and then buy another and get 5 more. Fair or not, good luck to all.

Washington 2003 licence and tag is good until March 31, 2004. While Oregon start at beginning of the year to the end.

Theoretically they can catch 15 sturgeons until the end of this year. No sweat for me.
Rules are rules. No discrimination is implied, I have been Washington angler for 10 years.
