RJ, it has been 20 years since I went and fished for them there, but we used to catch a fair amount of them launching out of Fred's and dragging worm harness around.

I have seen walleye being caught on the Gilbert River around the Big Eddy, but it may be that you cant use bait there anymore.

I believe they're pretty much scattered throughout the Willamette, I see guides fishing for them now. Will probably be fished out soon.

 

Nah, wont eat. More curious and possibly mixing in some Walleye rigs along with Bass setups.
A little tinkering around mainly.

 

Just above Scappoose bay there is a yacht tie up on an island fish just above it.
