I've cured som eggs that I want to save for springer's and put them in a jar. Can i vacume pack the jar without degrading the eggs?

If you're going to freeze them, vacuum packing really isn't necessary. I've done my eggs in pint jars, making sure there's enough nectar to cover the tops. They freeze, keep and thaw beautifully.

I like Pete's response about jar cured eggs.
Here's what I do for great results with Borax cured eggs...put in vacuum bags, freeze, THEN vacuum seal to full vacuum. Be sure to cut the bag when you take them out of the freezer or they'll pop as they thaw.
They look fresh as can be even after being frozen for a year.
