Why would they pull a blind over the window? Fish are scared....more fish thru than they want pressure on the river for fisherman to catch....why? Regardless I'm heading down to the Narrows Thursday after work will report back early next week. I'm sure it sucks.

That camera has been a disappointment to me overall. The spot they placed it is probably good for counting fish, but not good for general viewing, since they seem to shoot right through it. The result is you go for long, long stretches of time with no action at all.

Lucky for me I tuned in today right before a springer swam through. So there is that.

Fishing was pretty slow overall. Seen some caught and it was combat fishing in the mornings everywhere on the river. Water is high and cold. Only thing I caught was my first sun burn of the year.

To bad the N. is closed this year for steelhead. I don't believe the N. has any allowable fall Salmon fishing. I believe all Salmon on the N. are protected and must be released if fishing for Steelhead. There's some dandy Chinook going thru and even a few Coho
