I used my propane burner "crab cooker" type this week and it is very very hot. I had a hard time keeping the pressure below 14lbs. I ended up putting some bricks on the sides of the burner grate and sitting the pressuer cooker on them. The extra height allowed the pressure to drop and it stayed in the 10-14lbs range. Even then I had the gas turned down to its lowest level. I had to watch it like a hawak! If you are using these types, please be carful! I need to come up with a better way of doing this.
