We have gators here too, some call them white sturgeon. I suppose you could do that with a whole sturgeon?

My wife's nephew lives in southern Texan and frequently runs into alligators. He usually turns them into boots and hand bags. I had to forward him the web site.
I have eaten Crocks when I visited Africa but not alligator; probably similar.
