don't fish the coast alot, but if I was going down to the Linclon City area.
which would be the best tide to fish? incoming or out going.. just woundering if I should sleep in... or get up early..

From jettys or shore incoming tide is usually best ..Watch for gulls and pelicans feeding to target the bait balls ...Keep moving if no takers in 1/2 hour or less ... I'll leave the boat fishing recomandations to the locals...Barney :grin:

For lower tidewater the last 2 hours of incoming are usually the most productive for me. Upper tidewater with bobbers I prefer outgoing. :twocents:

going to fish the siletz next week, not sure how YET! going to take herring, Kwik fish, and spinners... hopefully one of those will work!
