I purchased the CD a couple of years ago.
It is written by a steelhead fisherman, definately not a professional writer, but he does a passable job. It is not a glitzy piece of fluff. It is written for the beginner, and contains some good info.

It comes on a CD in Microsoft word format. It has photographs and drawings. It covers steelhead fishing pretty thoroughly. Combined with Herzogs book, you would have a pretty good reference for steelhead fishing.
As far as it being worth $20.00, I guess if you learn something, and it helps you out, it's hard to put a price on it.
I thought it was worth it.

MIKE!
