[The Overfishin Condition]

Fished swift for a while this afternoon, plenty of action, bobber didn't stay up for much more than a few minutes at a time, had to sift through the little ones to finally find a few respectable ones. Also, there was quite a bit of wood up against the dam, making it a little tricky to get fish in, but most of them you could pull on top of the debri, then drag them on top, they couldn't have gotten back into the water if they had wanted to, it was pretty thick. Overall good action for opening day compared to the last few years, just bring your ultralight rod I'd say. Tight lines.

swift allways has wood all year long ......... better in july and august....... maybe even a 20" trout in the fall. but they are really deep like over 200 feet!
