Tasty Baked Seasoned Breadcrumb Stuffed Fish Muffin Cups

Try these stuffed fish fillets baked in muffin tins. The fresh breadcrumb stuffing is flavored with chopped celery, sage, and butter.

I added some cut up shrimp and Parmesan. Very tasty. Used some San Diego Dorado from the freezer. Needed to be used. Did not vac pack, but wrapped in plastic wrap and ziplock. Caught in September.
