If ,and I read it does, Willow Grove ramp collects launch fees. If Plugs can remember the date he saw the boat, some sleuthing with the county that collect the fees might provide a plate and or truck description.
They do not collect launch fees anymore and the are no cameras at our boat ramp. It was a week or two before Christmas and they were set to duck hunt. Reason I remembered is they were launching at 1pm well after most duck hunters are on the water.

Called Cowlitz County Sheriff's office this morning. Gave them a description of the boat and all the details including the case number with the Portland Police Department which is Case # 22-324845. Thanks again for helping keep a lookout. This boat is the nicest thing I have ever bought in my life so getting it stolen has been a real low blow.

I just find it hard to fathom that someone would steal a boat and then use that boat near where it was stolen. Either the laws are so lenient that no one cares or these guys don't care about spending a few nights in jail. I would say the cost of an attorney would stop some but most get court appointed so we end up footing the bill. Gads this is horrible, I feel so sorry that you have to live in a place so defunct of feeling. Your hard earned prize then stolen from you. Hope you get it back and the culprits get what they deserve.

Its a very distinct boat that is unless they paint over the wrap or remove the wrap.

I think if I couldn't put the boat inside a locked garage and I wasn't using it every day I would pull a wheel off the trailer.

I could be mistaken but I may have seen that boat a couple weeks ago, on Sauvie Island, near the Eastside Check Station. (It might have been the afternoon of Christmas Eve, ) The motor's green cowlings got my attention, as well as the graphics.
I'd advise sending those pics to both SIWMA HQ on the Island as well as OSP Wildlife Division.

It may be a different color or bare aluminum by now.
Maybe the OP can give us some unique things to look for ?
I'm not sure what I would suggest as unique to the boat. It was equipped with scotty rod holders throughout the boat on rail sliders. It had a detachable scotty rod holder on the back with a stainless rod rack attachment. I just had a custom top made for the boat so there are snaps along the entire front of the boat where the fishermans top would snap down. The main motor has a dolphin attachment to get onto a plane more easily. There were LED lines through the interior of the boat for an LED light setup. It has a washdown pump and hose. The diamond plate on the front of the boat is black and I think that would be hard to get off without scratching it up. Otherwise, the boat was in exceptionally good condition. If you see the boat please contact law enforcement and let me know immediately. Whether the police come or not, I would like to have a special talk with the person who has it.
