was was thinking of fishing the columbia for shad am i right in saying it will not open tell the 15 th of may i would like to fish the shad rack but am no sure where it is i do no it is up by the fisher and i have fished for oversize up there so i no where that is but not sure where the shad rack is can someone help me out with these two ??
