This recipe is killer! I have been trying/hoping/wishing for years to find a recipe that would do our awesome seafood bounty justice. This is it, in my humble opinion.

It has all of the winning parameters . . . easy, simple and very good.

My first attempt included salmon, rock fish, shrimp, scallops and clams.

Minor adjustments that I made are: cornstarch to thicken, 2 tbs of worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup of fish sauce. I also substituted one cup of broth with one cup of clam juice.

It is better than anything I have had in a restaurant. Don't believe the "makes 6 servings." It's closer to 12 or more depending on how much seafood you use.

That looks really good, making me hungry. I'm a big fan of Cioppino and make it every once in a while. In a pinch for a quick meal I'll grab a premade frozen Cioppino from Trader Jo's and then toss in another bag of mixed seafood. Bunch of cayenne and we are good to go.
