The obivious answer is the Alsea River. There are some darker salmon in the river now and a few more salmon are showing up with each little rain storm. Stay below Five Rivers if you want a chance for a bright chinook. One hole to fish if you bring a float tube or pontoon boat is the Scott Creek hole. There is public access just above Scott Creek and you can float and walk down the river to the hole. You do have to work you way back up river to your car, but its not too hard.
