Dr Bob Cook drowned in Siltcoos lake last Thursday. He was on an anchored boat, dove in for a swim, never came back up.
Bob was a friend of mine. He was a very avid Hunter and Fisherman and just a great guy all around.
He will be missed by everybody who knew him.
