These were purchased to fit a pair of std Sawyer wood oars (non Square-top). That’s what the sleeves are for. I’ve had them in an insulated garage and do not believe they’ve shrunk but am selling as-is.
New sleeves are available from Pro-Lok if needed.
All the components including the rings at the base came direct from Pro-Lok.
