Does anyone have a great place that gives discounts for buying squid in five pound orders? A PM is fine for the information.

At work we buy it already pickled in 5-gallon buckets from a fish buyer in Dallesport, across the river from The Dalles. I think it's 40-50 dollars?

It's pretty cheap regardless. Safeway works as does your local seafood store if you have one in your area.

Try Pacific Seafoods. I have had good luck getting bait there.

Ask at the safeway or albertsons store if they will save it for you before tossing out the rotten ones. If it doesent sell in 3 days they toss it. Might get them to toss it in the freezer and save it for you.
