I'm at a friend's house working on our motorcycles and he has some pork in his traeger. They'll get smoked for several hours and then get transferred to a pan. They picked some blackberries and smashed them up. Added some chipotle pepper sauce, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, and simmered it on the stove. That was poured over the pork in the pan and then put back in the traeger. They'll live there until the meat falls apart at which time we will devour it. I can't wait...how do you speed up slow cooking?
