Looks like off to the hospital this morning. I haven’t been able to stand or walk more than five minutes-for the last two days. Figure it’s probably time to take the ride.
He's BACK!Or…
It‘s funny but he’s a big sissy overly concerned about his impact.
Surprised he didn't shoot you full of painkillers and say, giddy up, let's go!I know the only problem with that plan Don is. I have a nine month old black lab due for about 60 plus days of duck hunting this year. probably not gonna work out real well. I don’t understand it. I’m 65. I go like I’m 35 and I heal like I’m 105. The doc asked me what the limit was on them tuna. I told him 25. And you haven’t lived till you gone out and caught a limit by yourself. I’m surprised he didn’t roll me right to the psych ward.
You're a tough old dude, just another bump in the road.Emergency room the other day go ride the MRI for the back orthopedic gal today. Go ride the MRI to see if I retore the rotator cuff. Looks like the steroids are working less pain today. I managed to be out of bed for 2 Hours drive to the doctor and back home. Back to taking it easy thank you all for your concern.
Indeed & Amen to that...Tough soldiers in worse shape than me all over the world. willing to do that on my behalf. They don’t even know me. Buck up buttercup can’t be that bad. Just a little pain and broken body parts. At least I still have them. Thank you, everyone and their families who serve.
DudeDon’t worry you’re 60 year-old bones unless you’ve been run over twice electrocuted caught on fire fell 65 feet to old terra firma while on fire 75% of your body burned fell 25 feet. I’ve had knee surgery back surgery, shoulder surgery, ruptured intestines punctured lung broken ribs, fractured skull and that’s just the majors. so I wouldn’t worry too much. Kind of a hard grind, but I live an incredibly charmed life and I’m fairly durable.
As a fellow broken finger survivor, I hear you. I’ve got four children, and the broken finger hurt way more than my child birthing experiences. People like you and me are the real heros, Jeff!I broke a finger a couple years ago. It hurted.
I REALLY broke mine. Sorta tried to smash it right off, more like. It was pinned together for 6 weeks. It’s about 1/4” shorter than before due to the part of the bone that got smashed being….. gone.As a fellow broken finger survivor, I hear you.
