The hearing should be broadcast live via the web at 3pm PST.
First go to the legislature web site:
http://www.leg.state.or.us/
Then click on: Audio/Video in the upper right corner,
click on "Audio:Live Today" over on the left upper part of the screen,
click on "Currently Streaming Meetings" for a list of committees in session. Water and Land Use should be there after 3:00 p.m. today. Turn on your speakers and turn up the volume...
