I recently bought a offshore saltwater rod from one of Okuma's recomended online dealers, Leeho Sports, and recieved it broken. I was told to send it back and when they recieved the ok from Fed Ex that they would remburse my credit card. Well after about a month I started to get worried and decided to go back and lookup Leeho's website and low and behold it's gone.

At this point I figured that I'd just have to write it off and learn, but thought I'd give Okuma a friendly call and let them know about one of their retailers and my experience. They had no idea that Leeho had disapeared and thanked me for the heads up. Well when I checked my e-mail today the mysterious Leeho Sports had sent me an e-mail saying that they finally recieved the ok from Fed Ex and that I would get a check in the mail soon.

I've heard the same thing about their customer service. They do smart business.
