That's a dolphin. It's been posted on ifish before.

This is a dolphin, the tail is horizontal. But it's still a spooky looking picture.

It might be a dolphin..but that would still give you a run/ride of a lifetime, and a scare, for me anyway. Sorry if you've seen it before...just got it from a friend who seems to be behind the times....
