<font size="2" face="verdana,arial,helvetica">In the last week, we have had some rain, and the river level at Mehama varied between 2290 cfs and 2610 at Mehama. It was more stable at Packsaddle. Since most of the salmon are through spawning, the steelhead are moving upstream. Some are still around Mehama, but the big numbers are around Packsaddle. The bite is still spotty. Actually, they bite better when you can find them. With the warmer water, they will strike from a longer distance.Originally posted by GOT2FISH:
I noticed the river has been going up and down alot this past week. Have the fish started to move and have they gotten ride of the lock jaw.
