Nehalem|Buoy 10

I was able to escape to Rockaway Beach last weekend for a few days with my family. I regretfully left the boat at home,(quality family time) At the last minute I grabbed acouple of troutrods and a stealhead pole just in case I was to get a chance at some fishing. I snuck away and fished the Barview Jetty and was able to entice a few Sea bass into taking some jigs that I had in the bottom of my box.The next day I went over to the Nehalem bay and drowned some hearing under a bobber (no sucess) But I did observe a guy fighting a nook. Which gave me some hope. Swearing at myself for leaving the boat at home.My question is; that I'm taking a few days off again and was going to go to buoy 10, but now that my friend is bringing his 7 year old I thought that it would be safer to go to the Nehalem and even check out Tillamook for some more of those sea bass, lings,or whatever. Can you keep the nates (chinook) there at the Nehalem?

On chinook you can keep them all but on coho it's fin clip only.
It is my understanding you can keep coho from the tips of the jettys to the mouth of the north fork, all coho must be fin cliped, but all nooks can be kept thru out the river.
