I may be able to get knock off at noon today and am wondering which way to head in the greater Portland on the Columbia...I've been reading all the reports but have not fished this area yet for the Fall URB's. Been mostly down at the Hammond area.

I'm most familiar with the area's around St. Helen's and the Lewis River but maybe I should head upriver towards Bonneville....Can you fish anywhere in the Columbia ABOVE the dam or are there restrictions?

I'd appreciate any tips! Thanks....

If you want close... put in at the Glisan boatramp off of Marine drive... head upstream 1/2 mile and look for boats.

Stay out of the channel...
