Barbara Jean Jasik, my wife and life's companion, was killed by cancer at midnight, September 8, 2015.

Barbara died from an aggressive form of adenocarcinoma, a malignant neoplasia of the body's epithelial cells. It is known by many names: lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, cervical cancer...

Barb was a vibrant, healthy, strong and lovely woman when diagnosed in June 2015. In less than three months, cancer first dissolved her, then it killed her.

Barb was fortunate; she was killed quickly. Millions among us will endure a prolonged struggle to survive, suffering through pain and illness, grasping for hope amidst despair, and searching for dignity as cancer strips them of their most basic personal autonomy.

Adenocarcinoma is not curable. It is not curable.

Cialis, Stendra, Levitra, Viagra... When did erectile dysfunction become more important than the lives of our mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, sons, daughters, wives and husbands, friends and neighbors?

When is a limp willy more important than a life?

Whether you run for a cure, walk, crawl or phone for a cure; if you donate to cancer research; even if you do nothing, it is time for all of us to make a statement:

QUIT PLAYING WITH YOUR DICKS AND FIND A CURE

i'M VERY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS, i AM DREADING THAT DAY WHEN IT COMES MY WIFE HA M.S.
I understand and my heart aches for you and for your wife.

Thank you for finding the strength to offer me your condolences.

I will keep you both in my thoughts.
Very sorry for your loss. My mother is now cancer free at 76 years old! It was a hell of a fight but she has beat lung cancer! I think she is a member of a very small club.
A very small club, sadly. Survival rates are a bell curve and for everyone killed quickly, like Barb, there's another like your Mom who makes it through.

My best wishes to you and to your mother.
Very sorry for your loss !! So far I have made it close to 24 months, after them finding stage 3B Colon Cancer. Sincerely FD
Keep on going! Beat the snot out of it and keep on going.

I'm rooting for you every minute of every day.

It should be easier, shouldn't it? There should be a pill or a shot or a contraption of some sort that you could swallow once, or get poked once or walk through once and cancer would be gone.

If only they'd stop worrying about their dicks and find a cure...

Keep on going, Dude!

Very sorry for your loss !! So far I have made it close to 24 months, after them finding stage 3B Colon Cancer. Sincerely FD
