Just got a call from a friend. 2 nooks early this morning, lost 4 more. Lot's of boats, lot's of fish being caught. :dance:

Too bad I'm on call this weekend. :depressed:

What type of gear are they using up there. Is it mostly anchor and spinner show?

The entire area down there has really filled in with sand. Most of the area I liked to fish is only about 5' deep right now. The fishable water has really been reduced.

You need to either fish the channel or go downriver near the mill.

I cannot decide if I am going to make the trip to Cowlitz ro just stay in town at frenchman's. I have good luck at both places but I am taking out a couple of virgin's and my name is on the line! I always go down into the river outflow water into the Columbia because I think the fish like to get into that cooler water. Hopefully someone posts a report for friday to give me a better feel for what I am going to do tomorrow.
