I was thinking about going Kokanee fishing on Lake Merwin tomorrow. Anybody have any info on if that would be a good idea? If somebody has any insight on what they were using, how deep, or where abouts on the lake they were, I would greatly appreciate it. RIP SOME LIPS!

Last I was told is that they are up top or out 40 pulls. Use 1oz to 1 1/2oz
Were to go? Look for the other boats. Nice slow troll, ever set the hook, just reel them in fast.

I'd fish some flashers with a wedding ring (chartruese) tipped with anise soaked corn. Fish fairly shallow but over deep water. Yes, look for boats if you can, also look for splashes as sign of fish near the surface feeding. I'd run one at say 5-10 feet down and another a little deeper to find the right depth of the fish. They should still be fairly shallow. A good FF might find a school. good luck.
