Anybody have experience with their UL spinning blanks? Ordered an xul 5’6” 2 piece that weighs .3 oz and was curious to the durability of their blanks.

You might wish to check out Voodoo Rods, he is a builder and supplies some of the best materials on the market.

Ah, you do know who Matagi is right? So what problems do you imagine would come that company? We have no idea how you treat your gear, so how could we comment on durability in your hands? Rules haven't changed, light stuff is more delicate than heavy stuff. You can lose everything you gained by putting the wrong components on the rod, the blank is only part of the equation. I wouldn't have s first guide larger than a high frame 10 mm as the first guide on that build.
