Little Tenmile Lake advice?

Anyone have any advice for catching a few coho in Tenmile lake? My wife and I moved down to North Bend earlier this year and have never fished there. We had a great fall season in Winchester Bay and up the Umpqua but she has decided that she cannot wait for winter steelhead to get her next fish. I have been doing a little research and it looks like Tenmile might be my best option for getting her (and me) on some more fish. If anyone has any general advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
On a related note, if anyone wants to fish in the Winchester/Coos Bay area, I have an 22' open Raptor and almost always have an open seat.

I'm not sure what you mean by Little Tenmile Lake. There's a North Tenmile Lake and a South Tenmile Lake and they're both fair sized lakes.

I've had good luck casting spinners and plugs, and I've seen lots of people trolling although I don't really like trolling in those lakes since the places I fish are weedy and/or snaggy.

With the low water this year it might be awhile before the coho can make it into the lake in any numbers. The lake has come up about 2 feet with this rain but it's still at normal summer levels.

I bass fished the last two days. Had decent luck.
Saw a couple folks trying for Coho in Templeton and out in front of the Marina.
Report from locals said the creek is blocked near the mouth until we get some more water. Might need some heavy rains and some high tides to give the Coho's a good freshet?
Never fished Coho there before....Might have to give it a try someday.

If coho runs elsewhere in the state are any prediction, expect slow fishing this year.

Like others have mentioned, the usual coho tactics will work casting and retrieving lead-eye flies and spinners toward the banks to the left of the ramp and down the arms will produce fish when they're in.
