Plotted my motor data just for fun and added a regression line. I calculate about 11 hours trolling with herring (45% throttle) and 5.9 hours pro-troll and spinners (60% throttle). That's plenty of fishing time for our household. I'm usually done after 3 or 4 hours of trolling.

Very cool. Would be interesting to do a 3 dimensional plot displaying remaining State Of Charge. My understanding is LifePO4 have very little Peukert Effect so SOC vs amp hours used is fairly linear, whereas lead-acid batteries basically go gunny-bag at high discharge rates due to Peukert Effect.

Thank you for sharing! It has been an exciting experience for me. I'm currently using Vatrer's lithium battery, and I must say, it's been performing exceptionally well. I'm really pleased with its performance so far!

I'm glad they are working for you.

I looked at Vatrer. Will Prowse did a tear down and was not impressed. Here is his video:

Yes I have seen this video, then Will Prowse did another video on their product and it was an overall improvement, I saw that this product was inexpensive and bought it with the intention of trying it out and it is running well.

The Bluetooth Battery just went on sale FYI. Under $300 now. I got 4 trips in with my batteries and they are performing well. Run time is amazing.

This is what the screen looks like on my phone for the Epoch 24 v.

I understand that the shunt monitors juice in and out so that I have a sense of remaining run and charge times.

Valuable for me to adjust how I use the bow mount if I’m running low.

Chinook,
You can get shunts to install. It's an added expense but very easy to wire in.
So if you fall in love with a battery that doesnt have it it can be added.
Victron makes them.
My brother in law uses Powermon Bluetooth LE

They can also be used with Lead acid and AGM.

I popped my electric brake accuator on my RV. Couldnt figure out why I had an extra 8 to 10 amp draw.
Was able to run through the system and check each circuit till I found the issue.

Wapiti, which charger are you running?
