Call a attorney most will give you a free consultation on the phone. If you do have uninsured motorist your medical bills would be covered also if you were injured. Unfortunately I have been through this a few times and insurance companies will try and get over on people who don't know their rights. If you have a disability you may have to sue your own insurance company to collect but that is why you have uninsured motorist they step in just as if the other person had insurance. This my non profesional advice and it is worth every penny you paid for it. :cheers:

You are in a good position to keep an eye on him. When you see hime driving another rig turn him in or sue him and get the rig he is driving. Also you may want to up grade your insurance it probably would not cost that much to just add uninsured motorist that would cover your rig you don't need to have full coverage to have uninsured motorist coverage.
