Put a little butter in a frying pan. Salt and pepper skinless fillets. Fry on med to med-hi just until done. Enjoy.

Add Johnny's Seafood Seasoning if you have some. Or some Mrs. Dash. Some lemon juice is nice when available. Garnish with green onions if you have some.

Serve with wild rice an/or a good crisp salad.

Hard to beat eats!
