Well boys & girls, after alot of searching & calling around, I found a local dealer that is gonna give me a good deal on a Traeger, but he didn't have the one in stock i wanted so he set me up with a demo unit, I LOVE IT! My wife even said, we're never going back (to gas or charcoal) It makes the most flavorful steaks/drunken chickens I've ever had, tonight, I'm gonna bake a papa murphy's pizza on it, anyone out there done pizza on one yet? what setting do you recommend? Oh, and thank everyone out there in ifish land, I never heard of Traeger until I heard someone mention it here last summer.

one doesn't real "live" without a Traeger, one merely exists.

My cousin brought over some fresh Tilly salmon that he had smoked on a Traeger. Un---bel--ievable!!! Best smoked salmon I have ever had. I want a Traeger now.

I did steaks on the Traeger tonight. Mighty tastey.....

I have the BBQ100 with the 371 square inch grill area.

I'd like to have the BBQ 075 with the huge grill area.
I would be nice to have the additional space when smokin' fish and meats....
Also cooked papa murphy's tonight...mmmmmm
Pizzas also turn out great on the Traegers. Just cook it at the same temperature as you would the oven. If you have the model that is just low/med/hi, then I'd cook on med. Anybody looking for a great deal on new Traegers, PM me, and I'll tell you where to go....

 What's a Traeger???
Pellet fed BBQ.

They are nice if you have the the extra $$. I've got a weber that is 25years old and it does just fine. Got it from the oldman and can't seem to part with it. I cook on it 3 to 5 time a week and it still has the origonal grills.

I have that same grill. You can buy a second shelf I believe to add more sq. in. Also the rib rack works well.

Traegers are the best. Honestly I have yet to cook something that didn't come out perfect. On my gas grill I rarely cooked anything perfect.

If your skilled with a weber and don't mind the charcoal mess ect. then they work too.
