I am not that worried it is all part of the political process. Many of the landowner interests were unhappy with the outcome of the Native Fish Conservation Policy (NFCP) taskforce negotiations and looked for political solutions in the Oregon House. They have now been placated by this vote and I do not believe it will come to pass. This is designed to keep them busy while the real work goes on at the governors office behind closed doors.
