I purchased an Edge "360 Pro" rod SAR 925-2 at the Sportsman's Show. I got to use it with a pro troll for the first time on the CR last week and I am happy with its performance.. It can sure handle the load of the flasher and the current without a problem.
Now I am just waiting for more fish to show up.

I was just curious... Last year i had a couple custom rods built for the Admiral and i that were a hybrid Carbon/glass designed for 360's . They seemed a bit stiff in the tips with 6-8 oz lead dragging triangles on the bottom. But going up to 10-16 oz weight in heavy current is where they really shined.... I really like these things with a fish on them....Good back bone, and they bring the fish to the net easily without the rod folding in half.

I never have been fond of those noodle rods with medium action that bend the full length of the rod. I like that action in the tip that the fast action gives you, without loosing control at the rail. Sounds like you got a winner there! Kirk

I know this is a little old thread. But I have purchased 925. I’ll get it sometime in January 2024. Haven’t even gotten it yet and I’m looking at getting a 10-20 924 🤑🤑🤑

Just finished last night building the first of three matching Edge Pro 360 1066 blanks for my personal boat. Will report back on performance once we get fishing later this spring.
On a side note these un-sanded blanks are a bit more of a challenge when laying down thread wraps.

I put a few fish in Phil’s boat this fall with my factory built 360 1066. It is a lot faster action than my Lamiglas XCC965. Pairs well with Penn Fathom 2 line counter. Both rods catch fish.

I got a pile of the 12'6" 360 rods when they went on sale last May. Fished them from Mid August to the end of October ruthlessly. 10oz with the 360 flasher and I have fallen in love. I sure did like the 30% sale too :)

I really like my current Sockeye/Walleye rods or Id be in the market for another batch of rods (different models of course). I really like the quality. Most of my boat rods have been pretty inexpensive and so far I don't regret the upgrade.

Alot of positive and negative comments on this thread. I'm sure the delivery time varies depending on what rod model you're looking for and the demand for that particular model. When I ordered the rod on November 4th, they said it would probably be 2 -3 months before I would receive it which was fine by me as I was in no hurry. I picked the rod up yesterday, approximately 7 weeks after I ordered the rod.

I went in today and ordered a rod. They said it would be 8-10 weeks. But could be as soon as 3 if they are running a production on that blank.
They were very very nice and accommodating.
They took a rod to the bathroom and soaked the BWC to show how it gets tackier.

instant sale.

Can’t wait. Ordered a 1004. Might change that to a 964. Need to figure it out. I want an all around rod to float and drift.

I’ll add comment in the fact that during the third week of October I picked up an offer from Edge that I could grab any 10 blanks for $600. At the time of order it was noted that it could take up to 8 weeks for delivery so I knew what to expect. I received 8 of the 10 blanks with in a week delivered to my doorstep. I was back ordered two 1066 360 Pro’s which I got notice that they shipped today so in my mind they met their obligation.
I’ll also note that I was up at their pro shop a few weeks back to pick up some grip material and the guy running the store was more than helpful in helping gather my components.
I also wandered down to the blank and warranty department while there to check on my back ordered blanks. Introduced my self to the two gals who were running those departments and approached them with respect figuring you get more bees with honey. Both gals were very nice and went the extra mile to check on my order and provide an update. We joked a bit about how most times guys approach their inquiries with attempted intimidation and aggressiveness. My plan was to build a relationship that I’m confident will pay off over time.
In retrospect I knew my order would take up to 8 weeks and it took 9 so no big deal. I’ll chalk this purchase experience as a win as Edge got their delivery to me as committed and I picked up 10 blanks for $60 each. Winning.

Got an email today stating my 360 Pro 925 will be here Tuesday. Exactly 4 months from order to delivery. Based on the model and the demand for 360 Pro's, I'm happy with the process.
