Remember, your kid will (hopefully) become an adult someday. Be careful what you put on the birth certificate. Their name should make them happy, not you.
As the parent to an 8 year old and a 1 year year old, let me tell you, there are some awful names out there. Some really cringe worthy suggestions here, too. š¬š¬š¬
I've always been fond of Parker as a name-- and shotgun--with class. Walker would be another. Been thinking about that one this morning as I research my GG-grandfather, who enlisted in Austin in the First Texas Volunteer Mounted Rifles in May of 1847.
Rigby would be another fine name with a British flavor, as would Gibbs.
I'd have no problem naming a girl Grendel, but would not name a boy Beowulf.
