Had and opporutnity to dine at Werner Beef and Brews. Very Nice place. I had the tri-tip sami w/ the BBQ sauce on the side... melt in yer mouth delicous... home made onion rings amazing... prices were reasonable. Their Trask IPA... YUMMY...! I HAVE NO AFFILIATION... BUT I DO RECOMMEND them well beyond that "other" brewery in Tillamook.

Not a fan, but thanks. Wife is celiac and they won't even try to accommodate. There's no such thing as great food in Tillamook in my opinion.

If I am to endorse any establishment in the area, it is JAndy Oyster Company. I would happily pay for anything that comes out of the kitchen.

And being a local living in tourist town we get ****ed.

I live in Bay City and for the most part I think you’re right. Couple of exceptions. Pacific Seafood in Bay City has good food especially their Fish and Chips and Clam Chowder. East meets West food cart at Kimmelā€˜s food court in Tillamook has a phenomenal ā€œSmash Burgerā€. As good as any Burger that I have ever eaten and the folks are awesome. Both places have decent prices and the service is great. Also down here it’s who you know not what you know. Wife’s family has been here way over 100 years. We retired back here 10 years ago and it’s been absolutely great for us. I would NEVER MOVE BACK TO THE VALLEY. We go there only as needed maybe once a month. We went to the Burgerville in Hillsboro awhile back. Don’t ask me why. It used to be great years ago. We got two Hamburgers a small fry a two small drinks. It was Dog food at best and was over $30:sick:😲 We left almost all of it on the table. By the time we got home we were both sick. Disgusting. That being said there are a lot of good businesses and people in the Valley. Overall theHealth Care is much better. You’ll only get screwed over here if you let it happen. But I can tell you first hand that can be ā€œanywhere ā€œ. My name is John Barth Jr. and I approve of this message. šŸ˜€šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Fish peddler has gone way down hill while their prices went the other way. Smash burger caused me one and done. $8, cool. Charge me more for grilled onions with the skin still on?

Guess I'm a snob, or tell the truth. These are my true experiences. I don't ever want to do anything but tell the truth about local food.

We need more Mexican food!, lol... Lux is good. La Provencia is good. There's my experience.

Disappointed in Tora. Super disappointed in Pacific Restaurant. Going for Chinese, I'm going Chinese Garden.

We ate at Pacific Seafood (sign also says "Fish Peddler") at Bay City twice last month and it was awesome! First day I had fish and oysters and the second day I had oyster stew. Both meals were perfect. Just thinking about it makes me wish I had a big bowl of their oyster stew with a couple of slices of garlic cheese bread and a brew! A great view of the bay from there too.

The Country Squire Kitchen cart next to DeGarde brewing is great. It's run by a local husband and wife couple that are building a local farm to source ingredients from. Grab food from the cart, eat inside at DeGarde.

They used to be under the G in Garibaldi, but moved last season. They're so good, they often sell out.

Crab Rock Pizza is probably the best pizza in the area. Wood fired and good. In garibaldi next to ramp.

Little farther drive is the Sportsman’s in Pacific City. Probably the best fish n chips I’ve had outside of the big island. No minors allowed there.

I have a place out this way and still working my way through the places to eat when I go out, which is once every couple months.

YASSSSS! I hear people trashing Crab Rock all the time and just don't get it. Being a complete pizza snob, CR has one of the better margherita pizzas I've had anywhere, hands down. Their dough is consistently perfect, which is very hard to do.

It's not cheap, but it's the real deal.

Every time we are in Tillamook, my better half wants to do lunch at the cheese factory. Most of the time, we pull up and discover a huge crowd. After one unsucessful pass through the parking lot, we end up going some place else ... and we are usually disappointed. I will be watching this thread.
